In our last Whimsy, we took a moment to pause and just breathe. This may not be a normal practice but if done at regular intervals you may find it will become very important.

Let's take this time together to just breathe and calm our mind, heart and soul. Appreciate this quiet moment that will gift us with a beautiful peaceful calm to take with us throughout our day...

As you celebrate Christmas, may you feel all the joy and love that comes with it! May you cherish each moment and store it in your heart as Mary did.
