Last week, our focus was on one small step. I was so thrilled to receive emails letting me know
what small steps were being added. One of many included getting outside and soaking up the beauty of nature.
What a perfect way to bring movement into your day!!
This not only moves your body, it is also beneficial for your mind. It can be very much of a mental health break. When you take yourself outside for a walk, no matter how slow or fast, focus on and enjoy the beauty of our awakening land. This change of focus can be very inspiring and calming. It just might be the
mental break you need from challenges that are wanting to take precedence over your daily life.
Speaking of challenges, I have a challenge for you with a request. As you go out for these delightful mental break walks, I encourage you to have your phone or camera ready and document your moments. Take pictures of our seasonal beauty that catch your eye as well as make you smile. Also I would love it if you would
