Now as we move into February, let's take on another look at those questions I asked a few weeks ago. One of them was on water. Here is that question:
How much water are you drinking to keep you, your skin, your organs and your brain fully hydrated?
Do you know how much water you need to drink?
Here is a simple way to help figure this out:
Your body weight in pounds divided by 2 then divide by 8 ounces = How many cups to be drinking.
Now, this is not exact, but the equation will give you an idea where to start from.
Compare the amount you are drinking and see how close you are to this.
How much water did you find that you are drinking without thinking too much about it?
