Have you been able to try something new this summer?!!!
With August coming to the end and September starting, it has been a transitional week of moving into another way of life as I start moving out of the summer holiday mode.

This week I have been back to creating to-do lists and figuring out schedules but still spending some quiet staycation downtime with a couple of motorcycle rides with my hubby. Â I have also been enjoying a new self-care experience that has been very interesting and rejuvenating.
Â
A very dear friend of mine, Lynn Gantner, a Longevity Coach, has been training to be a certified Breathwork facilitator now as well. Â She is currently in her practicum
until the end of September. Â

She offered me free sessions in exchange for my feedback after each session. Â Well, I grabbed the chance mainly because she is so dear to me. Â Wow!! Â I am really glad I did! Â What a gift these sessions have been. Â It is always wonderful to try something new,
