What habits and routines do you have in your life?
Besides the FaceBook Lives, I have been implementing a morning routine over the last week and a half from a book I am reading. It is called "The Miracle Morning" written by Hal Elrod. Interesting concept and one that I never thought I would consider since I have been a night owl for as long as I can remember. However, this seems to be changing.
At the moment, I am adjusting to the morning routine. It has been a bit of a challenge and I am in this in-between mode. One where I find myself still staying up late, not as late but still late
enough to be dragging a bit during the day. I found I have some habits that are making the transition a challenge.
What I have also found out is I have an
evening routine filled with habits. Yep, I do. Who would have guessed? I would never have thought about it before. However, now that I have been working on developing my miracle morning routine, my eyes have been opened.

Wondering what my evening routine of habits is? Well, one of them has to do with my technology usage. I am either on my phone or on my computer, and I sure can lose track of time with both of those. So, as I begin to learn a new set of habits, I will be also working on unlearning an old set of habits.
This brings me back to asking...

By the way, as you can see, I am still here and no rock hunting needs to happen to find me!!

Lots of changes have been happening so far!! I am learning new habits and creating new routines! It has been a great week and month! Looking forward to what the next month will bring!
