A friendly reminder, it is Daylight Saving Time (DST) once again which means setting our clocks forward by one hour tonight. In keeping with
the theme of sleep from the last two Whimsies, please be aware of making sure you are getting a good night's sleep during this time.
Daylight Savings Time will help to give us more daylight in the evenings
as the days get longer, which will make for extra daylight hours for those wonderful after-dinner walks. This can be very good for us as we can start moving into the next season of activities.
What
this may do as well, is throw off the sleeping patterns that we have been working on recently to improve by affecting our circadian rhythm and making it more difficult to fall asleep. This may cause us to feel quite tired and groggy during the day.
