Summer has always been my favorite season! This one is no different!

It is a time of longer days to be outside more. It is also a time I find for
many outdoor adventures that I love more than any other season. Yay for summer!

I am shutting down my coaching schedule for the summer holidays and will resume in
September. In the meantime, the Whimsy will continue as we continue to focus on our health and wellness through the holistic approach that supports the many areas of our lives.

These areas include physical, emotional, and spiritual
aspects. To bring this about, there are key principles for each that help us see, consider and use to benefit our mind, body, and spirit together, which we will cover.

These past few months, we have been working on the physical aspect with a focus on movement while also covering the topics such as nutrition, mindfulness, self-care, sleep, and connecting with others.
