stress while also boosting your mood. It is a fabulous way to express yourself and let your body move freely and without a care in the world. Turn up the music, find your rhythm, and let your body sway freely to the beat of your heart!

Laughing and playing are both very important and life-enhancing. I am quite sure you have heard it said that laughter is the best
medicine. I am sure you will agree too! The other is play, incorporating playfulness into our lives is vital for overall well-being as well. Engaging in playful activities not only brings joy and laughter and helps us relax, de-stress, and nurture our inner child. It's like a mini vacation from the responsibilities of adulthood and who doesn’t want a break from adulthood, at least some time?
