This week, let’s look at some symptoms of stress that you may or may not be aware of.  Please understand the responses experienced due to stress are a mechanism in place that is there to protect us.  It is wanting us to pay attention and do something.  If these responses are unable to be turned off, there can be negative effects.  These can create quite an impact on our health that we can do without and definitely don't want.
