Smoothies are perfect to start St. Patrick’s Day with and any day!!! Simple to make and delicious to drink. Here is a simple basic recipe for you*:
Basic Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup water
2 cups leafy greens (spinach, kale, or Swiss chard)
1 banana
½ apple
1 cup fruit (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in your blender until smooth.

right! Get creative! You can use green food coloring or you can also use spirulina or chlorophyll for that beautiful green color as well.
