Intentionally bring more joy into your life!
Joy doesn’t always happen. As mentioned in last week’s Whimsy, it is there to have but you do have a part in accepting this as a gift and being intentional about it.
The key word is Intentional. To be intentional is to make a thoughtful purposeful choice to show what is most important to you.
Here are ten simple everyday ideas to bring more joy in your life intentionally:
1. Morning Gratitude Start your day by listing three things you’re grateful for.
2. Nature Walks Spend time in nature, even if it’s just a walk in the park.
3. Connect with those
you care about Make time for meaningful conversations with family and friends.
4. Prayerful Mindful Meditation Take the time, even for a few minutes each day.
5. Pursue a Hobby Dedicate time to a hobby or activity you love or want to try.

Random Acts of Kindness Have fun doing small acts of kindness for others.
7. Music and Dance Listen to your favorite music and let yourself dance freely.
8. Creative Expression Try out creative activities like drawing, writing, or crafting.
9. Laughter Watch a funny movie or read something that makes you laugh.
10. Self-care Pamper yourself with a relaxing bath, a good book, or a favorite
treat.
