Speaking of porridge, here is a simple delicious recipe for you.
Chai-Spiced Baked Porridge
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats1 small apple, diced1 cup milk (soy, oat, almond, coconut, cashew, dairy)
1 tbsp maple syrup½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger
¼ tsp cardamom1 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp chopped nuts or raisins (optional)
