St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner!
Bring in touches of green and a sprinkle of cheer. This is a perfect time for some Irish festive fun!!
Do you like celebrating with shamrocks, leprechaun
mischief, or just an appreciation for all things green?
Make this day a little more healthy, creative and joyful!
How about a fun, healthy green smoothie that is magically delicious and packed with nutrients to energize your day?
🍀 Lucky Green Smoothie 🍀
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh spinach (don’t worry, you won’t taste
it!) 1 frozen banana ½ cup diced kiwi (for a tangy twist!) ½ cup coconut milk (or your favorite dairy-free milk) 1 tablespoon hemp or chia seeds (for extra luck - protein!) 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional, for a little sweetness)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass
Sprinkle a little extra
touch of luck (aka, chia seeds or shredded coconut)
Enjoy your magically delicious St. Patrick’s green smoothie!
