Hello !
The days seem so short!
Life feels like it is moving fast!
Finding moments of calm may feel like a challenge. You don’t need hours of free time to create calm and peace for
yourself. A simple practice of 5-10 minutes in the morning and evening can make all the difference.
Morning practices help you start your day feeling:
Grounded
Centered
Intentional
Evening practices will:
Calm and relax your mind and body
Set the stage for a restful sleep
Here are four ideas for each to help you
begin:
Morning:
Light a candle to symbolize the start of a new day.
Journal your intention for the day or write down a few things you’re grateful for.
Sip
your tea or coffee mindfully. Notice its warmth and flavor.
Stretch gently to awaken your body.
Evening:
Unplug from screens earlier and wind down with soft lighting.
Light a soothing candle to signal the transition to
rest.
Reflect in a journal: What went well today? What did I learn?
Practice gentle stretches to release tension and relax your body.
Start small as you build your practices.
Choose what feels natural to you, one for the morning
and one for the evening.
Begin with 5 minutes and build from there.
It is all about consistency over time.
Create mindful moments, they can:
Change the way you feel
Help you move through each day with more ease and joy.
